Birth Baby Beyond supports parents on the exciting journey into parenthood through yoga, massage therapy and midwifery. Offering guidance and treatments for couples trying to conceive, support for mothers through pregnancy and birth as well providing classes to help parents settle into life with a newborn.

The logo uses the three B’s to represent a pregnant silhouette, carrying the little heart-shaped baby B. The soft curved font and subtle colour palette, promote the caring nature of the highly trained staff.

Having already built up a long-term working relationship, it was a real pleasure when husband and wife team Ben and Katie Pike, came to KoltGD to create a brand identity for their own new venture: Eve Communications.

Katie wanted the logo to reflect their core values of excellent communication and understanding of clients brands, products and services - helping clients to ‘grow’ their business.

This was the starting point for KoltGD designing a number of ideas based on growth, farming and business. The final result was the creation of an iconic logo, using a dynamic symbol and strong typographic element.

Katie and Ben loved the idea that the symbol; designed using the company initials, could be used as a graphic on it’s own. The overlapping nature of the symbol, exemplifies their ability to guide and work alongside their clients in a leading but collaborative manner.

The bold typeface and lowercase ‘e’, reflect their strengths and industry experience, whilst maintaining a friendly open feel. The nature-inspired colour palette signifies growth and nurturing alongside a bold sophisticated grey.

Steve Reckless from Jump Media Ltd approached Kolt GD to help create the identity for a sister company Tasty Media – A full service video production, promotion strategy and management service, working predominantly with clients within the food and agriculture sectors.

Tasty Media uses the latest technology to create content-rich, visually stunning videos.

Steve was clear that the logo needed to show strength and reflect years of experience in TV documentary production, travel and corporate films. Whilst also appealing to the target sectors; who may have had little or no experience in using video for promotion purposes. The identity therefore needed to remain approachable yet confident.

Steve was also keen to create an icon to sit alongside the logotype, which could be animated on future projects.

Logo designed for Ben Lane, owner of start- up business Drayton tree care.

Ben wanted a logo with impact –something to reflect his ability to tackle all tree work within the domestic and commercial sectors. As a qualified arboriculturist, Ben also needed his logo to demonstrate the care he takes whilst working, both phyciscally creating a safe environment but also protecting trees and hedges, reducing damage and ensuring longevity of remaining work.

The result: An icon which utilises leaf and hand-shaped negative space, to create a symbolic tree logo. A modern font and the use of a handwritten script across

branded materials creates a friendly, trusted brand.

Senior Clerks was a start-up business that sadly failed to start. Not entirely uncommon, but a shame nonetheless. This dynamic logo fitted the company's aims to provide online legal administrator services.
